Simple Thai Soup Recipe with Evive Cubes
Makes 1-2 servings (1 meal or 2 snack/appetizer servings)
- Add the Tom Thai cubes, coconut milk and vegetable broth to a small pan over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally, until the cubes have melted.
- Add the bok choy and stir well. Leave over heat for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the bok choy has wilted.
- Transfer to a bowl and add desired toppings.
