Sea-licious Cotton Candy Strawberry Popsicles

Cotton Candy Strawberry Popsicles are just what warmer weather needs! As an added bonus these delicious treats are actually GOOD for you and offer a full serving of omega 3 and vitamin D with Sea-Licious Kids Cotton Candy omega oil.

Directions 

  1. In a high-speed blender, blend all the ingredients until completely smooth
  2. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight
  4. Sprinkle coconut shreds and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups strawberries (washed and lulled)
  • 2 cans full fat coconut milk (only use the thick portion)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 6 tbsp Sea-licious Kids Cotton Candy + Vitamin D
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (or chia seeds can be used to bind in a 1:1 ratio)
  • pinch of salt
