Raspberry Habanero “Meatballs”

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add frozen meatballs and cook until browned. Set aside.
  3. Add jar of SaltSpring spread to skillet. Once spread is warmed through, add meatballs and mix until well coated.
  4. Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and bake, covered, for 30–45 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Garnish with chives and red chilies to serve.
