Raspberry Habanero “Meatballs”
Vegan & Gluten-Free
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add frozen meatballs and cook until browned. Set aside.
- Add jar of SaltSpring spread to skillet. Once spread is warmed through, add meatballs and mix until well coated.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking dish and bake, covered, for 30–45 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with chives and red chilies to serve.
