PB & J Baked Oats
1 large serving or 2 snack sizes
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an oven-safe dish big enough for a large serving of oatmeal.
- Blend oats, banana, maple syrup, egg, baking powder, cinnamon and milk in a blender until smooth.
- Pour ⅔ of the batter into the baking dish. Gently spoon peanut butter and jam onto the centre of the batter, then pour over the remaining batter.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Dust with icing sugar and eat while warm.
