Bowl Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 F. Chop yams 1 inch-sized cubes. Toss yams in avocado oil and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping at the half-way point. Yams are finished when golden brown.

Green Garden Sauce Directions

Rinse and roughly chop herbs. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add in a little water as needed to  achieve your desired consistency.

*NOTES:
In place of Udo’s Oil, use a high-quality flax or hemp seed oil
