Grilled Peach, Chicken & Arugula Barbari Flatbread
Serves: 2–4 | Time: 30 minutes
Directions
- Grill the Peaches: Lightly brush peach halves with oil (or honey for extra caramelization). Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until grill marks appear and peaches are tender. Slice.
- Warm the Flatbreads: Grill or toast flatbreads for 1–2 minutes on each side until warm and slightly crisp.
- Assemble: Top each flatbread with sliced grilled chicken, peach slices, arugula, and goat cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish & Serve: Finish with fresh herbs, chili flakes, or a touch more balsamic glaze if desired. Slice and serve warm.
