Garlic Herb Compound Butter
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cultured butter, garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, and lemon zest. Mix well until evenly combined.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll into a log and twist the ends to seal.
 - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
 - Slice as needed and add to hot veggies, grilled steak, or toast for an instant burst of flavour.
