Garlic Herb Compound Butter

Directions: 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cultured butter, garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, and lemon zest. Mix well until evenly combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Roll into a log and twist the ends to seal.
