Frozen Yogurt Chocolate Protein Cups
Directions
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a small bowl in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into the bottom of each liner and spread it to the edges.
- Transfer the tin to the freezer for 10 minutes until the chocolate layer is fully set.
- Meanwhile whisk together yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon the yogurt mixture over the set chocolate base, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Press a few berries into the top of each one. Freeze at least 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Peel off the liners and serve straight from the freezer.
- Store in a freezer-safe container for up to two weeks
