Fresh Peach Salsa
Directions
- Cut peaches into ¼” dice.
- Roughly chop the rest of the ingredients or add to a food processor and pulse until well combined but not puréed.
- Mix the peaches and tomato mixture together.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve!
