Cookie Dough Bark
Time to Make: 25 minutes
Serves: 2-4 people
Directions
- Add all the cookie dough ingredients except the chocolate chips into a bowl and mix until smooth. Then add the chocolate chips.
- Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper and press the cookie dough base firmly and evenly into the pan.
- Place the cookie dough into the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Just before the 10 minutes are up, in a microwave safe container, add the additional dark chocolate and coconut oil to the container. Melt until smooth.
- Remove the cookie dough tray from the freezer and add the melted chocolate on top. Place back in the freezer for five minutes or until the chocolate has solidified.
- Then remove the cookie dough bark from the freezer and chop it as desired into big and little chunks.
- Store the cookie dough bark in a container in the fridge.
