Chamomile Lavender Honey Latte
- Place tea bags into a mug, adding in the boiling water. Cover with lid and steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and squeeze out any excess tea into mug.
- Pour milk into a small saucepan and gently simmer.
- Carefully transfer the warmed milk to an upright blender along with the honey, vanilla and tea. Blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour into two mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Enjoy warm.
