Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Bowl
Directions
- Add yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, milk, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and very thick — you want this to hold its shape in the bowl, not pour like a drink. Add a splash more milk only if absolutely needed to get it moving.
- Pour into a wide shallow bowl and smooth the top.
- Arrange sliced strawberries and kiwi across the surface and finish with a generous scatter of crushed pistachios.
- Eat immediately.
