Homemade Peach Sorbetto

This peach sorbetto is a refreshing way to cool down on hot summer days. Made with ripe peaches, a touch of maple syrup and a splash of coconut milk, it’s smooth bright and naturally sweet.

Serves: 4 | Time: 10 minutes (plus freeze time)

Directions

  1. Freeze the Peaches (if using fresh): Place peach slices on a parchment-lined tray and freeze until solid, about 4–6 hours or overnight.
  2. Blend: Add frozen peaches, maple syrup, lemon juice, salt and coconut milk (if using) to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down as needed.
  3. Serve or Freeze: Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to a container and freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer scoopable sorbetto.
  4. Optional Add-Ins: Try a splash of vanilla or a few fresh mint or basil leaves for a flavour twist
