Spinach Pesto

This Spinach Pesto from Krista Ettles will last for about a week in the fridge. You can use it as a topping on most anything, in sandwiches, stirred into pasta, on top of grain bowls, as a pizza sauce, or as a veggie dip.

Spinach Pesto


  1. Add spinach, pecans, garlic, lemon zest, and juice to a food processor or blender. Process until mostly chopped.
  2. Slowly add olive oil until mixture is smooth.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes approximately 2 cups.
