Lemon Ginger Arnold Palmer
- Brew the tea as you would if you were to serve it hot. Bring five cups of water to a full boil then steep the five tea bags in a covered container for 10 minutes. It’s important to use a container with a closed top to prevent all the herbal goodness from evaporating; a glass Mason jar is great for this.
- Add the honey while the batch is still warm so that it melts quickly.
- Once the steeping time is up remove the teabags squeeze out any excess tea and refrigerate the for 15 to 20 minutes. While waiting for the tea to cool juice the lemons into a glass pitcher once it is cold add the honey tea to the lemon juice and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish.
