Golden Energy Balls from Karlene Karst, R.D…do we need to say anything else! These are the perfect recovery snack, full of nutrition and anti-inflammatory ingredients to help keep your energy up post exercise.

Golden Energy Balls

Directions: 

  1. Add the shredded coconut in to a food processor and mix until in becomes somehow soft and oily.
  2. Add the remaining of the ingredients and mix until it all combined and forms into a dough. The mixture should be sticky.
  3. Roll the mixture in to 2-inch balls. This will give you approximately 16 balls.
  4. Let set in the fridge for couple of hours. Enjoy!
