Creamy Yogurt Herb Dip
- Combine the grated cucumber with the ½ tsp of salt in a fine sieve and let it sit for 30 minutes. Press down firmly on the cucumber to drain as much liquid out of the cucumber as you can.
- In a medium bowl combine all of the remaining ingredients, including the cucumber, and mix together well. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
