Kale & Chicken Salad Rolls
- Fill a shallow bowl with hot water. Dip a sheet of rice paper in the water until completely soft and flexible. Lay flat on your work space.
- Place the kale salad, sliced chicken, and julienned veggies in the middle of the rice paper.
- Lift the side of the rice paper that’s closest to you, gently pulling it tight up and over the filling. Fold in each side of the roll, hold tightly, and keep rolling until fully wrapped.
- Cut in half and serve with NFM Vegan Harvest Dressing.
