This 12-day guided detox is designed to help you ease into the year feeling lighter, more energized and nourished. With daily tips, encouragement and expert-backed insights, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you gently reset your body and create habits that support long-term wellness—without deprivation.

What to Expect During the 12 Days

Over the course of the challenge, we’ll be sharing daily guidance to help you stay motivated, prepared and supported. Here’s what many participants experience:

  • Mild detox symptoms in the first few days, such as minor headaches

Supporting Your Body During a Cleanse

Staying well hydrated is one of the most important ways to support your body during and after a cleanse. Drinking plenty of water helps your natural detox systems function efficiently, while adding electrolytes can support energy levels, hydration balance and overall vitality.

Choosing whole, nutrient-dense foods also plays a key role. Foods that are easy to digest and rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre help nourish the body, support digestion and encourage effective elimination throughout the cleanse.

If you choose to include supplements, they can be a helpful addition to support overall nourishment. To ensure optimal absorption, we recommend taking supplements or medications at least 30 minutes away from cleansing capsules.
