Cooking Instructions

- 1. Keep refrigerated before frying so cakes are firm.

- 2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in small or medium pan over medium heat.

- 3. Using a spatula lower the cakes into the oil and fry gently until both sides of the cake are golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes on each side.
- 4. Transfer to a paper towel to help drain excess oil. Enjoy!

- 2. Place mushroom caps on a parchment-lined baking pan and bake 15 minutes until cheese begins to bubble and brown.
