Vegan Potato Fish Cakes
Cooking Instructions
    1. 1. Keep refrigerated before frying so cakes are firm.

 

    1. 2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in small or medium pan over medium heat.

 

    1. 3. Using a spatula lower the cakes into the oil and fry gently until both sides of the cake are golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes on each side.

 

  1. 4. Transfer to a paper towel to help drain excess oil. Enjoy!

    1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

 

    1. 2. Place mushroom caps on a parchment-lined baking pan and bake 15 minutes until cheese begins to bubble and brown.

 

  1. 3. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!
