Cleanse Tips
- Buy a Renewlife Rapid Cleanse Kit:
Renew Life is North America’s #1 digestive care and cleansing company.
Rapid Cleanse is a three-part cleanse that stimulates the body’s seven channels of elimination to enhance the normal process of detoxification (processing the body’s toxins, free radicals, and pollutants) and cleansing (eliminating
hese substances through the bowel, urinary tract, and skin). - Eat often and eat a lot! Cleaning isn’t dieting! You don’t need to go hungry, so eat as much as you want of cleanse-friendly foods
- Give up coffee before you cleanse. Ease yourself off a few days or even a week prior to starting
- Stock your cupboards with everything you need (check out the food plan and recipes below)
- Remove temptation – clean out the junk food from your cupboards and fridge
- Figure out your breakfast! Nothing is worse than starting the day hungry. I had the Cinnamon Almond bread every morning with my matcha lattes. It was delicious and filling
- Make a large pot of soup or stew the day before you start your cleanse, so you have a few meals ready in advance
- Don’t worry – you don’t have to make everything from scratch! There are tons of cleanse-friendly foods at Nature’s Fare. Our bistro has many cleanse-friendly soups, salads, and entrees. I think I had at least four meals from our bistro during the cleanse
- Plan ahead for social events. Take your own bubbly coconut water, kombucha, or sparkling water so you have something fancy to drink if you’re used to having a glass of wine or a cocktail
- Find a buddy or support system. My Insta family was so awesome to do this challenge with! Thanks for all the encouragement. It’s easier to stick with something when you are accountable to someone.
7-Day Meal Plan
