Menopause
Menopause is part of the natural cycle of a woman’s life when menstruation and ovulation cease. This occurs as a result of changes in hormone (Estrogen & Progesterone) production and until levels balance again, this time of change may be very challenging for some. Though it is a time when women should be considerate of their bodies and the possible onset of disease (i.e. Osteoporosis), a proper diet, nutritional supplements and exercise can reduce or eliminate most of the unpleasant side effects.
