Hypothyroidism
Hypothyroidism is the result of an underproductive thyroid. The thyroid gland regulates body temp by secreting hormones that regulate calorie burning & energy use. The thyroid is sensitive to diet, lifestyle, fluoride, pesticides, radiation, alcohol & drugs. A test which measures thyroid hormone levels in the blood (TSH) can determine if the thyroid is working properly or not. Taking your temperature in the morning with a resulting low body temperature can be an indication.
