As common as the cold, almost everyone suffers from a headache from time to time. Most headaches are classified as tension headaches – muscular tension.
As the name states, it is simply an ache in the head and sensations vary. Although headaches may be a sign of underlying health problems, the most common causes are: stress, tension, anxiety, allergies, constipation, coffee consumption, eyestrain, hunger, hormonal imbalance, dehydration, trauma to the head or
alcohol or drug use.
