Fibromyalgia is a rheumatic disorder recognized by chronic, aching muscle pain that has no other apparent cause. Most often, Fibromyalgia affects the lower back, neck, shoulders, back of the head, the upper chest and/or the thighs. Depression often accompanies FMS and stress is to be avoided.
