Goat milk is recognized worldwide as a health-promoting beverage. Whey, the
liquid that remains once cream and protein are removed from milk, contains
much of the nutritional value, having a very high mineral content. Consuming
goat milk whey is acknowledged as a contributor to the longevity of Balkan
centenarians, for example. (Wellmann 2005)
Pure Dehydrated Goat Whey
St. Francis Herb Farm®’s Mineral Matrix® is pure, low-temperature
dehydrated goat whey – a highly concentrated whole-food source of
more than 25 natural macro and trace minerals. Dr. Bernard Jensen,
in his book, “Goat Milk Magic” professes that, “One of the best
natural mineral supplements I know is pure dehydrated goat whey”.
Minerals are divided into macro minerals (calcium, sodium and
potassium), and trace minerals (zinc, selenium, manganese, etc).
Mineral Matrix® contains a broad array of more than 20 naturally
occurring minerals in a highly complex whole food form that
our bodies recognize and utilize with ease. Because of its easy
assimilation, Mineral Matrix® goes a long way towards helping
correct diet-caused mineral deficiencies and pH imbalances,
especially excess acid accumulations, that contribute to disease and ill health.
It is known that mineral requirements increase in pregnancy; specifically, iron, zinc, magnesium and selenium are all needed in greater quantities (Ladipo 2000).
Mineral Matrix® is from goats that are raised without pesticides, antibiotics or hormones on the pristine slopes of the mountainous Pacific Northwest.
Hippocrates once said: “If you want to be well, get yourself a goat and live on the south side of the mountain.” (Wellmann 2005) Although we may not all be able to live as Hippocrates proposes, a simple way to incorporate his suggestion for overall health and vitality is to use Mineral Matrix® on a daily basis. To your health!
