Who is Ross Short?
Ross is a retired RCMP officer and professional athlete, who became a fully qualified Hellerworker in 1995. His Body-Wize clinic combines modalities such as Pilates and Reiki with the Hellerwork sessions. All providing a complete system adjustment and core strengthening from the inside out!
What is Hellerwork Structural Integration?
Hellerwork, a program formulated by Joseph Heller in 1978, is a series of sessions of deep tissue bodywork and movement education designed to realign the body and release chronic tension and stress. Dialogue is used to assist you in becoming aware of emotional stresses that may be related to physical tension. Hellerwork is an integrated system designed to recondition the whole Hellerwork, a program formulated by Joseph Heller in body. IT is not a remedy for illness; rather, a process in which people are moved from their current state to a more optimal state of health and well-being.
